Humanitarian Update Ukraine
We are presently working on a 4th. 40H humanitarian container to Ukraine. LCI would like to see this container loaded with high need items that will be a blessing to children. Please share this need with your friends.
Things like, hygiene items (includes young ladies products), pampers (all sizes), baby formula, antiseptic wipes, food (peanut butter & nutela), first aid kits, anti-biotic creams, pain relief medicine for children, cold medicines, shoes (summer & winter), clothing (fleeces & warm coats) etc. towels, sleeping bags, small roll-up bed mattresses, soccer balls, group sports games, torniquets If people would like to donate any of these items. They can send directly to the LCI warehouse.
If people order medical supply online, they can send/ship directly to the LCI Warehouse. Contact us for which warehouse location.
If someone would like to make a financial donation, LCI can order the medical supplies on their behalf.
GENEVA (AP) — The U.N. migration agency said that over 8 million people have been displaced inside Ukraine, on top of the 7.6 million who have already fled the country. That means that around 35% of Ukraine's 44 million people have been forced from their homes.
There are 2.5 million homeless children in the USA.
There are over 140 million orphans worldwide including over 100,000+ children in Ukraine.
